MSAA members are independently owned stores that specialise in outdoor power equipment products such as lawn mowers, ride-on mowers etc and therefore have the knowledge and expertise to advise you on the best product to suit your needs and your budget. MSAA offer the service and value that you don't get from mass merchant or chain stores and if you encounter any problems with the product initially then it will be fixed and returned to you as quickly as possible.

If you don't need to buy but your current machine is not working or not working properly, MSAA stores have qualified mechanics ready to have a look and advise you of the problems requiring attention.
As each member is an independent owner/operator the brands throughout MSAA stores may and will vary for many reasons.
If you're looking for a particular brand of product it may save you time to give the store a phone call first to check that they carry that particular brand.
Many of the brands carried are not available through mass merchants or hardware retailers. However, all brands carried by the store can be repaired and service as well as most other brands.
The more common brands carried by our members include Rover, Masport, Victa, Honda, Greenfield, Stihl, Husqvarna, Viking, Shindaiwa, Echo, Murray, Cox, Toro.
We can repair and service almost any brand whether purchased at an MSAA store or not.
